Shipping & Returns

 Shipping

 I ship via Canada Post to any address confirmed by PayPal.  If your address is not confirmed, please Contact me to verify your shipping address in order to avoid delays in shipment. Shipment will be made within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment.  Please allow an additional 2 to 5 days for custom/personalized orders (Made to Order) to be shipped unless other wise stated.  I do not ship on Sundays or Canadian Statutory Holidays.  Customers are responsible for customs and duty tax

 Local Pickup Now Available!!! If you live in Toronto, ON, or Surrounding Cities, don't pay for any shipping and pick up your order from me instead. Be sure to enter in the comments section "Customer Pickup" and check off customer pick up shipping option during checkout and I will contact you to schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your order.

 Return Policy

 Blingz is committed in providing courteous service and 100% customer satisfaction. I will gladly make an exchange or credit your account for any item with which you are not completely satisfied. The item must be returned new and unworn within 14 days of purchase, in original packaging. All merchandise MUST be shipped pre-paid and insured (Blingz is not responsible for any package lost or damaged). Charges for shipping and handling on all returned merchandise are non-refundable. Please Contact me first so I can issue you a Return Control Number (RCN) to be attached to the item that will be returned.

 Gift Exchanges

 If you receive a gift from Blingz the Thing, and its not quite what you would like, I will gladly make an exchange, no questions asked. I want you wearing and enjoying your new handmade jewelry, and if you aren't happy with it, you won't wear it and enjoy it, right? I'm quite sure the gift giver would want the same for their gift recipient.

 Damages

Please return items damaged during shipping within 7 days of receipt. I will credit you the cost of return shipping. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail, so please insure your package and use a bubble-wrap mailer (sold at post offices and office supply stores).

 

 I’m not responsible for items lost, stolen or dropped on a tile floor. Please treat your jewelry with care. It is a one of a kind piece of wearable art and should be handled as such.

 Repairs

Providing there is no obvious signs of misuse, items will be repaired free of charge for one year from date of purchase. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
